    • Can these strips cause sensitivity?

      Whitening strips can cause tooth sensitivity in some people, typically due to active ingredients like hydrogen peroxide which penetrated the enamel & breaks down stains. Mild sensitivity is a common side effect and usually resolves on its own.

    • Why I cannot see noticable results?

      The results may vary for every individual. For example, if you are a tobacco consumer, smoker, or an avid consumer of liquids that stain your teeth like coffee or tea, then you may experience the whitening with time.

    • Number of strips that were received were incorrect

      This box has 16 treatments in total, ie. you will receive 16 packs inside the box. 12 treatments are professional & 4 are express. Inside each of these 16 treatments, you will receive 2 strips/treatment, one for upper teeth and one for lower teeth.

    • The taste and texture are not good.

      Hydrogen peroxide has a taste that some may dislike. To neutralize it, we add coconut oil & menthol for a minty aftertaste. For the product texture, we use dry-strip technology, which prevents messiness, & the product is safe to you.
